Local industry contribution in Saudi Arabia is less
than 19% to the Saudi economy.  This is a very low percentage in a young
country like Saudi Arabia with huge project momentum in all sectors of life
starting at the infrastructure and ending at the energy sector.  I solicit
your contribution to discuss optimum methods to increase the percentage to a
higher percentage and reach to dependency level in all types of energy
generation facilities with future look at renewable energy.

The topic is very strategic to Saudi Arabia and very general at the same time. I would rather discuss the subject of how to enhance the Solar Energy Industry in the Kingdome. The solar energy needs some legislations, incentives, and government support through loans and customs waivers. I hope that the newly created Nuclear and Renewable Energy Authority takes this responsibility with full coordination with the Ministry of Commerce & Ministry of Industry.

We need someone to do some research about a successful case study of countries such as Norway which I believe that they enhanced significantly the local content of Energy related technology development. I will try to research this as well.
